You can’t build a godly relationship with someone who’s avoiding healing.

This workshop is for Christian singles who feel stuck in confusing, one-sided, or emotionally unavailable connections and want clarity rooted in spiritual truth, not just chemistry.

You’ll learn:
  • How unhealed trauma and emotional immaturity show up in dating
  • Why “connection” can feel strong even when it’s not healthy
  • How to spot spiritual red flags—and stop mistaking them for confirmation
  • Sure signs that God is not "in it" (even when your feelings are)
  • How to release the wrong person without guilt, fear, or self-doubt
  • How to heal after a spiritually challenging relationship
For the woman who keeps seeing potential but not fruit:
His words confuse you because they don’t speak your language. He honors his wounds, not God.

For the man who keeps dimming his light to stay chosen:
She’s not your assignment. If she doesn’t follow Jesus first, she won’t walk with you in purpose.

Godly love brings clarity, alignment, and peace. Anything less isn’t love, it’s a distraction.

Finally, we'll explore the powerful protection in surrendering to God’s will, especially when He closes a door you wanted open.
Hard conversations don’t have to turn harmful.

In fact, our choice of words can be a powerful act of love. Especially when we're in conflict, choosing words that heal, not harm, is life-giving. But it takes real strength to do that, especially when we're upset.  It's easier to lash out or prove a point.

Learn how to lead with grace, not blame, when conflict arises. This training equips engaged and dating couples with faith-rooted tools to regulate emotions, communicate with truth and love, and build a relationship grounded in emotional and spiritual maturity.

You’ll discover how to handle hard conversations without harming one another, speak words that reflect Christlike character, and become the kind of partner who protects, uplifts, and honors love, even in moments of tension or disappointment.

Most importantly, you’ll gain the tools to build a Christ-centered relationship that can weather every storm and tap into the deep joy of your unique relationship.
Research shows that premarital counseling or even pre-commitment coaching help relationships succeed.

I offer group courses and private coaching to provide couples with the tools they need to create a lasting connection. We’ll start with gaining deeper insight into your individual strengths, weaknesses, values and expectations, as well as your unique couple dynamic. I can't stress enough how important it is to understand your partner's traumas and how they may play out in your communication, especially conflict. This is the first step, often skipped, that creates the basis for real intimacy.

Every couple experiences conflict, but only those who learn how to navigate through crisis with less reactivity and more empathy will ultimately enjoy the rewards of the stronger, more fulfilling bond they’re building. This is an opportunity to get to know each other with exploratory assessments and exercises that will prepare you to meet relationship challenges with confidence, communication and new couple skills.

What we’ll cover:
  • Obtaining a better understanding of your personal and couple dynamic, roles, strengths, and weaknesses
  • A review of the  T.R.U.T.H. Method™ and the communication choices couples can make everyday to create longevity and stability
  • Healthy conflict resolution and learning the most important skill a couple has: hitting RESET simply and quickly
  • How to have the tough talks about money, boundaries, expectation, love and sex, remarriage and blending families, healthy friends and family dynamics
  • Creating a Safe Relationship and true partnership
  • Building intimacy and trust with more confidence
  • The difference between healthy and unhealthy communication
  • Physical, mental and spiritual health and well being, balancing priorities
  • Keeping God at the center and letting Him lead through the storms

Whether you prefer a premarital group setting or private coaching, my mission is to equip you with the skills that make relationships work.
